🚀 HIRING: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with relocation to Dubai!

⚠️ THIS ROLE IS FOR UAV/DRONE ENGINEERING LEADERS ONLY.
If your background is in fintech, banking, IT infrastructure, digital transformation, or AI product management — please do not apply.

⚠️ We are NOT looking for: UAV integrators / fleet managers, Operations or project managers without hands-on R&D, AI/software specialists without hardware or embedded experience.

❗ Mandatory Requirements:
▫️ 6+ years in technology leadership (CTO, Head of Engineering, Director of R&D).
▫️ Hands-on engineering experience in UAV / drone systems (fixed-wing, VTOL, multirotor).
▫️ Proven track record in R&D leadership — building and scaling engineering teams.
▫️ Full product lifecycle: from concept and system architecture to certification and deployment.
▫️ Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, CS, or related field.
▫️ PMP / PRINCE2 / IPMA / MBA or relevant certifications.
▫️ Experience in high-growth, startup-like, or fast-scaling environments.
📚 Languages: Fluent in English.
🌍 Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-time | On-site | Relocation support available (discussed individually).
❗ This role involves business trips — candidates must hold EU citizenship or permanent residency.
