Digital Application Analyst III (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead application design, development, support, maintenance, and optimization for assigned enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Manage complex technical and operational challenges while improving application availability, performance, and security.
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across applications, servers, databases, and infrastructure.
• Administer and optimize KeySurvey solutions, including survey design, workflow automation, data management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, project coordination, resource planning, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• At least 3 years of recent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of system analysis techniques, organizational policies, industry practices, procedures, and business operations.
• Ability to work independently across application, infrastructure, security, and business areas.
• Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday day schedule, with weekend work as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience using BitSight security ratings and reporting to identify risks and drive remediation.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers, including performance tuning, infrastructure support, and patch management.
• Experience developing, administering, integrating, and supporting KeySurvey.
• Team leadership experience involving mentoring, technical oversight, project coordination, and resource planning.
