Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects (AI): Building and leading a team responsible for moving customer data and AI use cases from kickoff to production with an accent on technical strategy, capacity planning, and customer outcomes. Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil; travel up to 30% when needed

What you will do
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Delivery Solutions Architects.
- Set technical strategy and manage capacity planning and investment forecasting across the FINS portfolio.
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Systems Integrator partners to accelerate customer use-case delivery.
- Drive measurable outcomes including use-case throughput, time to production, consumption growth, and renewal rates.
- Build operating systems, cadences, and playbooks that scale the DSA practice.
- Shape the value proposition of the Delivery Solutions Architect role for internal partners and customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a customer-facing technical team, such as DSAs, Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Engineers.
- Demonstrated leadership of pre-sales or post-sales technical professionals.
- Experience putting data and AI workloads into production at scale.
- Understanding of business problems and Data and AI use cases in financial services, including banking, capital markets, insurance, or asset management.
- Track record of exceeding quotas, goals, or comparable objective targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
