Technical Lead (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Lead application design and development for a next-generation global data warehouse supporting near real-time healthcare analytics.
• Understand business and application requirements, gather input from end users, and prepare development documentation.
• Work with architects on effective solutions, logical data models, and physical database designs optimized for performance, availability, and reliability.
• Complete unit testing, support testing and UAT, resolve issues, and implement applications in production with post-production checks.
• Automate development, QA, and production database environments and deployment activities using scripting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across agile development, DevOps, and ProdOps environments while keeping management informed of progress and schedules.

Requirements

• On-site work in São Paulo, Brazil
• Experience leading multicultural teams across different regions and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and professional information technology experience.
• People management experience and the ability to complete the full software development lifecycle.
• Spoken and written English required.
• Main stack: C#, .NET, Razor, JavaScript, NUnit, Angular, TypeScript, Java, SQL Server, and MongoDB.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience.
• Spanish language skills.
• Databricks, SSIS/SSRS, Elasticsearch/Kibana, Hangfire, jQuery, Vue, Bootstrap, and PowerShell.
• Experience with big data technologies and environments such as Hive, Impala, HBase, or Cloudera.
