What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable pipelines for data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and experimentation.
• Build reusable interfaces and shared tooling across data, models, training, evaluation, and robotics workflows.
• Develop infrastructure that supports large models, large multimodal datasets, distributed training, and multiple ML projects.
• Partner with researchers to translate evolving model and experiment requirements into practical software systems.
• Diagnose performance, reliability, and usability bottlenecks across complex ML workloads.
• Improve the MEGA codebase through architecture, testing, documentation, reliability, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills and experience building maintainable software.
• Experience building or maintaining machine learning pipelines or infrastructure.
• Experience designing reliable, reusable software systems and abstractions.
• Hands-on experience with modern machine learning frameworks and ML training workflows.
• Strong debugging skills, software testing experience, and familiarity with code quality practices.
• Experience with large datasets, large models, or computationally demanding ML workloads, plus close collaboration with researchers and engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomy, robotics, multimodal data, or embodied intelligence research.
• Experience working with distributed training and large-scale data-processing systems.
