DevSecOps Architect (Cloud/Observability): Defining and driving enterprise-wide DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and Observability standards across technology stacks and application environments with an accent on reference architectures, technology patterns, and cloud-native engineering. Focus on evaluating emerging technologies, conducting proofs of value, implementing approved standards, and leading enterprise adoption.

What you will do
- Define, govern, and drive adoption of enterprise-wide DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and Observability standards.
- Establish enterprise Gold Standards, reference architectures, technology patterns, and engineering practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools and conduct Proofs of Value.
- Define technology recommendations and lead implementation of approved standards across applications and infrastructure.
- Guide transformation from strategy and architecture through standardization, implementation, and enterprise adoption.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience.
- Deep experience in enterprise architecture, DevSecOps, cloud-native engineering, observability, and transformation leadership.
- Hands-on technical depth across application environments and infrastructure.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Columbus, Ohio.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or EAD holder; new H-1B visa sponsorship is unavailable.
