Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Applicants must already hold a TS/SCI clearance with a current Full Scope Polygraph before applying; clearance sponsorship or processing is not available.

Salary: $200,000–$219,000 per year, plus $50,000–$55,000 in immediately vested 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Design and build tooling enhancements for reverse-engineering workflows.
• Experiment with autonomous and semi-autonomous agents that support software development.
• Automate reverse-engineering tasks, including analysis and documentation.
• Apply AI-assisted techniques to binary analysis, annotation, and pattern identification.
• Work with customers and teammates to shape and refine solutions.
• Measure and document the effectiveness of tooling improvements.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph required before applying; clearance sponsorship is not available.
• At least 6 years of experience, plus a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or 4 additional years of experience in place of the degree; alternatively, 4 years of experience with a master's degree.
• Hands-on experience with reverse-engineering tools such as Ghidra or IDA Pro.
• Strong understanding of Linux file formats, assembly, binaries, memory, and calling conventions.
• Experience developing tools, scripts, or plugins, with proficiency in Python, C, C++, or another reverse-engineering programming language.
• Experience prototyping, evaluating, and refining experimental tooling; familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Reverse engineering of Linux-based network devices, embedded systems, network traffic, or web applications.
• Experience with firmware, bootloaders, networking protocols, agentic AI frameworks, or orchestration systems.
• Experience applying automation or AI to reverse-engineering tasks.
• Additional programming experience in Java or C, and analysis of cybersecurity datasets.
• Knowledge of SIGINT collection and analysis systems or production CNO capabilities and operations.
