Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid work required. Collaboration across multiple time zones is expected.

What you will do

• Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from intake through offer.
• Execute sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal talent pools.
• Review resumes, conduct screening calls, and present qualified shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and recruitment milestones.
• Compile recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Represent hirify.global at job fairs, university events, and networking activities while using AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience in an in-house or agency environment.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines and interview logistics across concurrent requisitions.
• Working proficiency with applicant tracking systems and disciplined record-keeping practices.
• Foundational sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and search methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia and able to work in a hybrid setup. Proficiency with recruitment-focused AI tools or willingness to learn them is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in an in-house talent acquisition function or a recruitment agency supporting high-volume or technical hiring.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Experience supporting hiring across Latin America and North America.
• Exposure to inclusive hiring practices, structured interview training, banking, fintech, or technology hiring.
