What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on talent strategies, candidate profiles, market conditions, and selection decisions.
- Develop recruiting strategies for high-volume and specialized commercial or sales roles.
- Source and assess candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
- Explore automation, technology, and AI to improve sourcing, assessment, efficiency, and candidate engagement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Experience recruiting commercial or sales talent in SaaS, technology, or insights organizations.
- Experience recruiting across Latin America; North American recruiting experience is an advantage.
- Strong consultative, communication, analytical, organizational, sourcing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
