Content Editor (Enterprise IT)

Salary: EUR 2,400 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Manage the full document pipeline from topic validation and technical briefing through review, fact-checking, design, and publication.
• Maintain stage checklists, deadlines, priorities, and queue progression in a content tracker.
• Write central whitepapers and campaign documents, and revise materials based on expert feedback.
• Research topics without internal expertise and present findings to the team.
• Interview technical experts and coordinate with practice leads and internal stakeholders.
• Perform final checks of facts, sources, figures, dates, duplicate sections, and style compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B content.
• Portfolio with at least two long-form pieces for corporate buyers and an example of editing another person's text.
• Understanding of enterprise IT topics including AI, cloud, managed IT services, security, and compliance.
• Experience evaluating analytical agency reports, vendor research, and academic publications, including distinguishing methodology from marketing claims.
• Experience managing content pipelines with stages, deadlines, and priorities.
• Advanced English or higher required.

Nice to have

• Journalistic or editorial background in a business or technology publication.
• German or Polish at proofreading level for localization.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
