EXO Packaging Intern

Location: Barcelona Hub, Spain; hybrid flexible working model

What you will do

• Support packaging technicians and advise marketing teams throughout the end-to-end development process.
• Coordinate technical packaging projects with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Validate component drawings, technical specifications, artworks, and supplier proofs using ESKO and SAP RD.
• Perform packaging validation and approval tests, report results, and maintain technical files and trackers.
• Maintain supply chain and master data, including weights, dimensions, tertiary development, and data enrichment.
• Participate in brand review meetings and communicate technical agreements and validated elements to suppliers and marketing.

Requirements

• Ongoing degree in Packaging, Engineering, or Design.
• Knowledge of packaging, components, materials, and production processes.
• Fluent English required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proactive, creative, collaborative, and motivated to develop technical skills in a fast-paced international environment.
