What you will do
- Support the Portfolio Lead with the daily operations and management of a Community team across an assigned portfolio of games.
- Lead Community Managers through supervision, work reviews, performance management, coaching, and development planning.
- Establish best practices for player community support, content production, quality standards, team training, and performance indicators.
- Manage team resources, workloads, staffing allocations, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Build relationships with Community, Social, Player Support, and Frontline partner teams.
- Support innovation, team autonomy, and a collaborative environment focused on improving the player experience.
Requirements
- Intermediate experience in community management or a similar role.
- Experience leading and managing people.
- Familiarity with social media channels, live streams, and YouTube.
- Experience in the video game industry is a significant advantage.
