What you will do

• Assist investigators with screening potential study participants and reviewing eligibility.
• Maintain case report forms, patient charts, and clinical research documentation.
• Collect and enter study data while following established protocols and standards.
• Support study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.
• Mentor and train clinical research coordinators and research assistants.
• Assist management with hiring selection and shadowing processes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of clinical research coordinator experience.
• Knowledge of clinical trials, human subject protection, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ability to understand complex protocols, follow detailed instructions, multitask, and maintain patient and company confidentiality.
• Compliance with HIPAA guidelines and applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Successful completion of GCP certification preferred.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Advanced CRC certification.
