Payment Integrity Business Analyst II (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze business needs, user requirements, procedures, and operational problems.
• Support initiatives through data analysis, implementation barrier identification, and user acceptance testing.
• Perform project analysis, recommend business solutions, and assist with implementation.
• Improve performance management and operational reporting for new business processes.
• Develop and apply organizational best practices in business applications.
• Lead problem-solving and coordination across business units while supporting departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of business process analysis, healthcare analysis, claims payment, or related experience.
• Experience documenting business processes and gathering requirements.
• Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Knowledge of managed care information systems, benefits, pricing, contracting, claims, or provider reimbursement methodologies is preferred.

Nice to have

• Payment integrity and healthcare claims auditing experience.
• Medical coding experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems and structured testing.
