What you will do

• Support the media partnership lifecycle by sourcing accounts, assisting with outreach, and tracking deliverables.
• Write engaging, culturally relevant captions, hooks, and messaging for meme, entertainment, and lifestyle partners.
• Schedule partner content, distribute approved assets and briefs, and monitor live posts for timing, tagging, quality, and deadline compliance.
• Track reach, engagement, saves, shares, virality, and other campaign metrics across internal platforms and dashboards.
• Identify viral trends, meme formats, rising talent, competitor activity, and culturally relevant opportunities.
• Coordinate with Brand, PR, Talent, Creative, Social, and other internal stakeholders on placements, schedules, and reporting.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, copywriting, or media partnerships.
• Direct copywriting experience with a strong portfolio or demonstrated ability to write witty, culturally relevant, brand-aligned social captions.
• Exceptional attention to detail for error-free scheduling and accurate data reporting.
• Strong awareness of viral trends, memes, pop culture, fashion, and entertainment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and social performance tracking platforms.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or equivalent work experience.
