Sitecore Application Developer (Sitecore)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design and develop Sitecore solutions across XP, XM, XM Cloud, and Content Hub.
• Build modular templates, layouts, renderings, and components using Sitecore Helix architecture.
• Develop C#/.NET backend services and headless implementations with Sitecore Headless Services, JSS, and Next.js.
• Implement content modeling, taxonomy, DAM integrations, personalization, A/B testing, analytics, and integrations with Sitecore products and OrderCloud.
• Migrate legacy XP/XM implementations to XM Cloud and composable architectures while optimizing performance, caching, CDN strategies, and high-traffic delivery.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, document technical decisions, and collaborate with authors, designers, and product owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Five or more years of Sitecore development experience, including production delivery.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET, Sitecore APIs, and Sitecore Helix architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud and headless implementations using JSS or Next.js.
• Modern JavaScript, build tools, CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; eligible profiles include U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates. New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• Sitecore Certified Developer credentials.
• Experience with XM Cloud migrations, Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize.
• Exposure to multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deployments.
• Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations.
