Strategy Consultant (AI)

Location: Seattle, United States

Base salary: $112,600–$160,000 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Contribute to business, product, experience, innovation, and growth strategy engagements.
• Design and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research using AI-enabled methods where appropriate.
• Analyze markets, competitors, trends, future scenarios, and white-space opportunities.
• Develop strategic hypotheses, value propositions, business models, products, services, and experience directions.
• Evaluate market size, revenue potential, pricing, costs, investment requirements, and business impact.
• Collaborate with designers, technologists, researchers, product managers, and clients through workshops, presentations, validation, launch, and scale.

Requirements

• One to five years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy and innovation, product management, product marketing, design research, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, commercial, analytical, written, verbal, visual, and presentation skills.
• Experience with research, market analysis, competitive analysis, trend analysis, opportunity assessment, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts and AI-augmented ways of working.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is expected; an MBA or other advanced degree is beneficial but not required.

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience supporting financial modeling, revenue forecasting, business cases, proposals, or thought leadership.
