Sr. Strategist - Senior Consultant (AI)

Location: Seattle, United States

Base salary: $112,600–$160,000 per year, plus possible variable compensation.

What you will do

• Independently lead business, product, and experience strategy workstreams within multidisciplinary engagements.
• Design and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, including AI-enabled research techniques.
• Analyze markets, competitors, emerging technologies, and future trends to identify growth and white-space opportunities.
• Develop growth strategies, value propositions, business models, products, services, and experiences.
• Translate opportunities into customer journeys, service blueprints, product requirements, prototypes, and pathways to market.
• Lead client interviews, workshops, executive presentations, proposals, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation, product management, product marketing, design research, investment banking, or a related field.
• Experience independently leading strategy workstreams and delivering recommendations in complex environments.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical, commercial problem-solving, facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and advancing strategies, business models, products, services, or experiences toward validation, launch, or market impact.
• Strong AI and generative AI literacy, including responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is expected; an MBA or advanced degree is beneficial but not required.

• Experience applying analytics or emerging technologies to research, strategy development, and client deliverables.
• Experience supporting thought leadership, AI and data science offerings, or team upskilling.
