Software Engineering Intern (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Build features that contribute directly to the Databricks platform.
• Work with an engineering team across areas including full stack, backend, infrastructure, systems, tools, cloud, databases, and customer-facing products.
• Manage an internship project end-to-end, including design, coding, and incorporating feedback.
• Learn to build a platform that scales quickly while maintaining quality and security.

Requirements

• Graduate between fall 2027 and summer 2028 with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Implementation skills in a general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Ability and motivation to solve ambiguous problems collaboratively.
