What you will do
- Support the execution of Cult Beauty’s global affiliate strategy.
- Own affiliate-channel revenue, gross profit, KPIs, ROI analysis, and ongoing performance optimisation.
- Manage affiliate marketing spend, commission budgets, publisher negotiations, and promotional exposure.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop relationships with affiliate publishers, networks, and third-party partners.
- Coordinate campaigns with trading and marketing teams and deliver performance reporting and recommendations.
- Monitor compliance and affiliate fraud risks while researching competitors, technologies, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or beauty.
- Understanding of publishers, advertisers, content creators, affiliate networks, and platforms such as Awin, Partnerize, Impact, or Commission Junction.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, including experience with revenue, gross profit, and marketing spend targets.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Google Analytics or Tableau is desirable.
- Ability to manage projects, budgets, deadlines, targets, data, and external relationships.
- Strong negotiation, agency management, compliance, and affiliate fraud-monitoring skills.
