What you will do
- Define and align machine delivery execution plans with global teams in the Netherlands.
- Coordinate with customers on machine upgrades, preventive maintenance planning, configuration management, and change control.
- Align machine schedules, resource allocation, and execution timelines to maximize machine availability.
- Lead cross-functional issue resolution and drive actions through to closure.
- Maintain and improve operational control systems, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms.
- Develop automation solutions and digital tools using Python, Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, SQL, or similar technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and issue-resolution skills.
- Experience working with customers and global teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Legally authorized access to controlled technology under applicable United States export administration regulations is required before beginning work.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in process automation, data analytics, or software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, SQL, or other automation tools.
