Mechanical Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Monitor daily site activities, information flow, progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Coordinate client, consultant, and contractor teams on snagging, schedules, handover, and partner engagement.
• Lead progress meetings, communicate project impacts, and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement project procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Review proposed variations and delays in the works.

Requirements

• Project management experience.
• Degree or comparable experience in mechanical engineering or construction project management.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with teams and clients.
