What you will do
- Welcome patients and serve as the first point of contact.
- Process patients throughout registration and intake.
- Verify patient eligibility and insurance information.
- Manage documentation and inventory.
- Support patients throughout their recovery journey.
Requirements
- Previous front office managerial experience.
- Experience in a medical or opioid treatment program setting.
- Insurance and administrative skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Hagerstown, Maryland.
- Availability Monday through Friday from 4:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with a rotating Saturday shift.
