Location: On-site in Nashville, Tennessee, USA

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year plus quarterly bonus potential

What you will do

• Oversee clinical supervision for counselors in training or pursuing certification or licensure.
• Provide guidance and support to the counseling team.
• Help patients identify and use their strengths to pursue social, educational, and occupational goals.
• Support patients transitioning to a drug-free life.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, program policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Report to the Program Director.

Requirements

• Meet one of the specified qualification pathways for the Counselor Supervisor role.
• If not adequately licensed, be enrolled in or willing to begin a formal course of study or licensure track at the date of hire.
• Work on site in Nashville, Tennessee.
