Growth Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyse customer behaviour, lifecycle stages, and cohorts to identify drivers of activation, engagement, and product usage.
• Own growth and engagement metrics and translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations.
• Design, prioritise, and oversee experimentation across customer journey initiatives.
• Build alignment across marketing, product, sales, relationship management, and data teams.
• Develop tools, scoring frameworks, and processes that enable teams to apply growth insights operationally.
• Present clear, visually compelling recommendations and drive multiple objectives through to measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problems.
• Experience conducting complex data and performance analysis, ideally using SQL with large datasets.
• Ability to translate customer and operational insights into actionable changes across products, processes, or messaging.
• Comfort working with technical systems and integrations such as CRM, analytics tools, and automation platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence teams without formal authority.
• Ownership mindset, high quality standards, and the ability to execute with limited direction.

• Experience in hypothesis-led problem-solving environments such as high-growth start-ups or consulting.
