Product Manager | Hardware (all genders welcome)

Location: Vienna, Austria — hybrid with two home-office days per week

Salary: Minimum gross annual salary of €65,650, with the final package based on experience and expertise.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the hardware portfolio.
• Identify new technologies and device categories, drive innovation, and lead product discovery.
• Translate customer and market needs into prioritized hardware initiatives while balancing cost, manufacturability, certification, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Align hardware and software development to create a unified product experience.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including business cases, launches, ramp-up, optimization, phase-out, pricing, revenue, margin, and adoption.
• Coordinate product roll-outs with Sales, Marketing, Support, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management experience with physical products.
• Experience or strong interest in Medtech, Healthtech, voice productivity solutions, or dictation hardware.
• Technical understanding of hardware development and the ability to discuss engineering trade-offs.
• Analytical, structured, proactive, and user-centric approach with experience driving innovation and product discovery.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate complex user needs into product decisions and priorities.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken, is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Startup or scale-up experience and a track record of building products from scratch.
• Experience with dictation hardware.
