Senior Lead, Customer Audit & Due Diligence Compliance

Location: Open to candidates globally, with a strong preference for candidates based in Europe.

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-risk, and executive-level customer audits, due diligence engagements, and RFI/RFP requests.
• Act as an escalation point for nuanced customer inquiries and non-standard compliance requests.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Information Security, and executive stakeholders to gather authoritative inputs.
• Set quality standards, review methodologies, and response strategies for customer-facing compliance work.
• Maintain response repositories and documentation while driving scalable processes, metrics, and tooling.
• Review team deliverables, provide quality oversight, and mentor Managers, Senior Analysts, and Analysts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing customer audits, due diligence, risk management, or RFI/RFP responses in financial services or regulated technology.
• Leadership experience in complex, customer-facing compliance activities and sensitive, high-visibility issues.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, fraud prevention, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience working with cybersecurity, fraud, or risk-related subject matter.
• Extensive experience using GRC platforms such as Archer, MetricStream, or AuditBoard.
• Extensive experience using SRM platforms such as Loopio, Responsive, or Anchor AI, alongside exceptional written communication and editing skills.

• Experience improving compliance or RFP processes and tooling.
• Ability to translate complex technical content into clear non-technical language.
• Experience leading teams in regulated financial services or global enterprise environments.
• Ownership of compliance tooling, knowledge management platforms, or audit automation initiatives.
