System Build Quality Inspector

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; on-site, 2-shift environment with one weekend shift each month

Salary: €47,500–€53,500 fixed annual salary, including holiday allowance and a 13th-month payment; profit sharing and shift allowance are additional.

What you will do

• Inspect products, modules, and systems during and after assembly.
• Determine whether products meet quality and release criteria before moving to the next manufacturing step.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects, deviations, and quality risks.
• Verify repairs and rework before product release.
• Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality stakeholders to resolve recurring quality issues.
• Challenge decisions, escalate concerns, and stop product flow when required to protect quality, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

• MBO-level technical education or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, quality inspection, or a similar technical environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Experience making technical judgments based on procedures, standards, and product requirements.
• Structured, detail-oriented working style and confidence to challenge or escalate when requirements are not met.
• Ability to work in an on-site 2-shift schedule, including one weekend each month.
