Senior Product Designer

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Hybrid work with 3 office days and 2 work-from-home days, plus work-from-anywhere options.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product experience across onboarding, activation, proxy setup, usage analytics, and other meaningful product areas.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers from problem definition through delivery and iteration.
• Conduct continuous discovery, prototype concepts, and validate design directions through research.
• Design and evaluate product experiments and A/B tests using behavioral and commercial data.
• Map customer journeys and translate complex technical mechanics, configurations, and data into accessible interfaces.
• Contribute to the design system and strengthen evidence-based product design practices through collaborative critiques.

Requirements

• Strong Product Design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of meaningful digital products or product areas.
• Strong product thinking and an evidence-based approach combining business goals, customer needs, technical constraints, and behavioral data.
• Excellent interaction and information-design skills for complex settings, configurations, dashboards, and data.
• Ability to independently navigate ambiguity from problem definition through delivery, measurement, and post-launch iteration.
• Experience with technically complex products such as B2C SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, data, or API-based products.
• Experience with self-service products, monetisation flows, pricing, subscriptions, usage analytics, and A/B testing.
