Senior HRIS Specialist (Workday)

What you will do

• Maintain and configure existing Workday modules, supporting system upgrades, feature rollouts, and ongoing enhancements.
• Develop sprint release plans in partnership with the Senior Manager, HR Operations.
• Partner with HR leadership to optimize and simplify business processes for different user groups.
• Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze people data and deliver insights for strategic HR initiatives.
• Lead projects, translate stakeholder needs into actionable outputs, and provide training on new features and best practices.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience working with HR information systems and Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, reporting, organizational and policy change impacts.
• Ability to analyze people data, apply critical thinking, and provide actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with HR leadership and stakeholders on process optimization and project delivery.
• Ability to provide guidance and training to HR and functional teams.
