Senior Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Armenia; hybrid work format

What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics for the Call Center and Developer businesses.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate goals into measurable metrics.
• Define and maintain key business and product metrics.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, opportunities, and problems.
• Build and maintain analytical data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Use AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis, investigation, reporting, and daily work.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in data analytics, with exposure to data science and statistical analysis.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and analytical data structures.
• Hands-on experience with dbt Cloud, analytical models, reports, and dashboards.
• Advanced knowledge of AI agents and the ability to use them effectively in analytical workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
