Senior BI Analyst and Domo Developer

Location: Remote from Lithuania; nearshore candidates preferred, with at least two hours of overlap with Mountain Time business hours

Nitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together approximately 300 professionals across Europe, North America, and South America.

What you will do

• Build, improve, and maintain Domo cards, dashboards, and pages that make key measures clear and actionable.
• Manage Domo content by keeping cards accurate, organized, documented, and connected to trusted data.
• Use Snowflake datasets and dbt models to validate results, identify data gaps, and collaborate with the analytics engineer on fixes.
• Own testing, deployment, and rollout processes to ensure production readiness and successful adoption by end users.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in BI, analytics, or reporting.
• Production experience developing Domo dashboards and cards.
• Strong judgment in metric definition, data visualization, and explaining data to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous requests, clarify requirements, manage priorities, and deliver work.
• Clear written communication, careful quality assurance, and comfort working asynchronously with distributed teams.
• Availability for at least two hours of overlap with Mountain Time business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, dbt Core, analytics engineering, or governed data models.
• Domo administration, dataflows, governance, or certification experience.
