Senior Performance Marketer (AI)

Work with a fast-growing consumer AI company focused on scaling international acquisition for mainstream consumer products.

What you will do

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across consumer channels.
• Control and allocate significant monthly acquisition budgets across channels and markets.
• Monitor and improve CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and payback performance.
• Own creative testing decisions, including what to test, scale, or stop.
• Develop acquisition strategies and scale campaigns across multiple platforms and international markets.
• Analyze subscription funnels, cohort economics, attribution data, and account restrictions to support commercial decisions.

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proven hands-on paid acquisition experience with direct campaign ownership.
• Personal experience controlling at least $300,000 in monthly spend.
• Recent commercial results connected to CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, or payback.
• Strong B2C acquisition experience in consumer apps, subscriptions, DTC, gaming, or dating/social products.
• Experience owning creative testing decisions and a strong understanding of acquisition and subscription economics.
