Regional Marketing Manager - 12 month FTC (Industrial B2B)

What you will do

• Develop and execute measurable regional marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales priorities.
• Create customer testimonials, case studies, success stories, campaign materials, and sales enablement resources.
• Support channel partners, country agents, distributors, regional sales teams, product managers, and account managers.
• Plan and deliver trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events, including the company presence at ACHEMA 2027.
• Ensure consistent application of global brand guidelines and provide guidance and training to local teams.
• Track marketing performance, report on return on investment, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
• Experience in event management and executing marketing plans, preferably in an industrial B2B environment.
• Experience creating email programs in a Marketing Automation Platform, preferably Marketo.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills are required.
• Strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, flexibility, resilience, and attention to detail.
