Mid-Level Fullstack Java & Angular Developer (Banking Systems)

Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid work model. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered. Occasional international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain features for the REFA application using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular 2+.
• Model data and write SQL queries for Oracle databases using JPA and Hibernate.
• Support software releases, deployment activities, and system integration testing.
• Collaborate in an Agile team through sprint ceremonies and knowledge sharing.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to the continuous improvement and maintenance of existing systems.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of overall software development experience.
• At least 4 years of Java experience and 2+ years of Spring Boot experience.
• Hands-on experience with Angular 2+ development.
• Strong SQL and Oracle knowledge, with experience using JPA and Hibernate.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Fluent English and an existing legal right to work in the European Union are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, OpenShift, JSF, or PrimeNG.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, XL Deploy, or XL Release for CI/CD.
• French language skills.
