Senior Manager / Team Leader - LEGO Building Experience Development

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead the daily operations, priorities, delivery, and people-related activities of the Building Experience Development team.
• Set the tactical and operational direction for projects, product development activities, resources, milestones, and deadlines.
• Coach team members through one-to-one conversations, regular feedback, and constructive sparring.
• Coordinate stakeholders and create transparency around progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
• Lead consumer testing of building experiences and translate insights into team outputs.
• Support hybrid Scrum practices and integrate new building and play experiences into digital solutions and building instructions.

Requirements

• Several years of management experience in product development, innovation, design, or a related business area.
• Direct people leadership experience and a track record of coaching and developing employees.
• Experience working within a design organisation and leading medium to large projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles and experience in agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, decision-making, and planning skills within a matrix organisation.
• Advanced written and spoken English skills.
