Talent Manager, Creator Ventures

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hybrid

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with creators and their teams across venture projects.
• Keep creators connected to products, customer feedback, business milestones, and agreed commitments.
• Create filming and publishing schedules around launches, travel, and existing commitments.
• Prepare creators for shoots with clear briefs and coordinate with the content producer.
• Track content through filming, editing, approval, and publication on creator channels.
• Identify delays, scheduling conflicts, and brand risks; develop recovery plans and escalate commercial or contractual decisions when needed.

Requirements

• Experience managing creators, talent, or high-profile personalities, with examples of projects taken through to completion.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience working with creators and their teams across MENA.
• Strong follow-through, judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle missed commitments while preserving trust.
• Ability to manage calendars and trackers using Notion, Google Calendar, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Arabic language skills.
