What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, Ukrainian veteran networks, professional communities, referrals, events, and personal networks.
- Partner with hiring managers and People Experience Partners to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
- Guide candidates from initial outreach through interviews and offer acceptance.
- Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations while delivering a strong candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Experience recruiting engineering talent and sourcing outside standard channels.
- Experience recruiting in defence, aerospace, autonomy, or advanced technology sectors.
- Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Fluent Ukrainian and English required.
