Salary: $115,900–$152,100 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute employee communication strategies for Human Resources, Law, Compliance, and other corporate functions.
• Advise leaders and business partners on messaging, employee understanding, engagement, and trust.
• Lead or support communications related to compensation, performance management, talent development, benefits, policies, and enterprise initiatives.
• Create content for presentations, intranet articles, email, video, digital displays, and other communication channels.
• Lead executive-level all-employee meetings, company-wide communication events, and large-scale communication initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of communications experience, including communication strategy, project management, and content creation.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing employee communications.
• Strong writing, planning, judgment, visual storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience advising senior leaders and partnering with subject matter experts, designers, publishers, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience using artificial intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot, in communication planning and content development.
• Knowledge of communication measurement, employee engagement, and change communication practices.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
