Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using brokerage APIs.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, compliance, legal, operations, business development, and customer success teams.
• Manage integration timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and partner deliverables.
• Facilitate weekly partner check-ins, track action items, and report project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Help partners complete onboarding requirements, including KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosures.
• Document processes, communicate partner feature requests, and improve onboarding frameworks for future integrations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience.
• Strong process, analysis, design, documentation, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Flexibility to work with customers around the world.
• Experience with fintech, financial markets, investing applications, brokerage, stocks, or crypto.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations, modern APIs, technical troubleshooting, and issue management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Metabase, Postman, curl, and API logging tools.
• Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace.
• Sales, customer success, training, or enablement experience.
