What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, including purchase requisitions, routing, approvals, invoicing support, and payment processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Legal, and other enabling functions.
- Confirm purchase requisition and purchase order details, complete lifecycle activities, and resolve discrepancies.
- Guide requestors through contract creation and required pre-creation activities.
- Resolve pricing, service, and material-delivery issues while meeting service-level agreements and compliance requirements.
- Support testing and implementation of automation and AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in business processes or business operations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with suppliers and internal customers.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Understanding of AI concepts, frameworks, responsible AI practices, and effective prompt generation.
Nice to have
- Experience with purchasing systems such as Ariba or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable, payments, sourcing and contracting, or source-to-settle processes.
- Spanish and Portuguese proficiency may be preferred for support across North America and Latin America.
