Senior Director, Workforce Solutions (Workforce Intelligence)

Location: Remote, United States only

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 USD base salary/pay plus commissions at 100% of plan targets

What you will do

• Assess and operationalize the Workforce Solutions go-to-market approach through clear SOPs, accountability, productivity targets, and industry benchmarks.
• Oversee data migration and implementation of the AgileATS applicant-tracking platform within the Workforce Solutions ecosystem.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Workforce Solutions teams to align platform investments with market and user needs.
• Establish structured feedback channels with the AgileATS Practice Leader and product and engineering teams.
• Translate frontline market and user insight into product requirements, business cases, roadmap priorities, and use cases.
• Shape go-to-market and revenue strategy for Workforce Intelligence offerings and represent Workforce Solutions in product planning.

Requirements

• Strong analytical ability, including translating frontline insight into product requirements and business cases.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Marketing teams on roadmap priorities, positioning, or go-to-market strategy.
• Hands-on daily power-user experience with a workforce or applicant-tracking platform.
• Strong understanding of the Workforce Solutions market and customer base.
• Recognized subject-matter expertise in recruiting within the GovCon/Public Sector space.

Nice to have

• Experience using AgileATS or a comparable workforce or applicant-tracking platform.
• Experience with pricing or revenue strategy for technology-enabled workforce offerings.
• Experience representing user or customer perspectives in product governance or planning.
