Salary: $90,200–$175,100 annual base pay, with potential incentives, bonuses, and benefits depending on the position.

What you will do

• Lead site monitoring visits, including selection, initiation, routine, and close-out visits, in line with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Build relationships with investigative sites to support performance, recruitment, and engagement.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and high-quality study execution.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Track regulatory approvals, enrollment, study progress, and data quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inspection readiness and successful study delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1.5 years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Solid understanding of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
