Médico Laboral - Planta Tepeji (Occupational Health)

Location: Tepeji Plant, Tepeji del Río, Hidalgo, Mexico. Onsite, full-time role with flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Direct and manage employee health services at the Tepeji manufacturing plant.
• Conduct occupational health risk assessments and design, implement, and improve preventive health programs.
• Perform medical evaluations to determine fitness for duty and oversee clinical operations, records, confidentiality, and medical supplies.
• Develop and deliver training on occupational health policies, medical protocols, and wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate vaccination campaigns, first-aid training, and medical emergency response procedures.
• Work with site leadership and multidisciplinary teams to improve workforce well-being and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Medical degree, valid professional license, and current certification.
• At least three years of experience as an occupational health physician in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of occupational health risk assessment, preventive health programs, health and safety regulations, and clinical documentation standards.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, judgment, discretion, and decision-making skills.

• Experience managing medical emergencies.
