TL;DR
Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL - Fertility & CNS) (Women’s Health and clinical research): Providing scientific and clinical support for Organon’s Women’s Health programs with an accent on fertility, CNS, scientific exchange, and healthcare professional engagement. Focus on developing stakeholder relationships, presenting clinical data, supporting research collaborations, and delivering medical education across Mexico.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Field-based role requiring local, regional, and national travel of up to approximately 50%. No relocation support is provided.

What you will do
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other stakeholders.
- Present balanced clinical and scientific data on products through peer-to-peer dialogue with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, investigators, and other stakeholders.
- Support scientific communication plans, medical materials, investigator-initiated trials, and clinical research collaborations.
- Provide scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues, speaker programs, and advisory boards.
- Represent at regional and national medical meetings and gather real-world insights to inform medical strategy.
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in accordance with company policies and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Physician with a professional license.
- At least 5 years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Availability to work in Mexico City and travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to approximately 50%.
- Advanced English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Analytical experience with Power BI, Veeva, or similar platforms.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, project management, clinical research, and scientific engagement skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in Fertility or Central Nervous System therapeutic areas.
- Master’s, PhD, or postgraduate degree in Neurology, Reproductive Medicine, or a similar field.
