Medical Advisor - Bone Health (CDMX)

What you will do

• Develop and execute patient-focused medical strategies for bone health therapies, including annual planning, launch support, and lifecycle management.
• Generate and communicate medical evidence supporting access to medicines and informing clinical practice.
• Engage healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, payers, societies, investigators, and other external stakeholders through scientific exchange.
• Lead or support advisory boards, investigator meetings, expert panels, congresses, medical education, publications, and other medical communications.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Value & Access, Commercial, and Medical Affairs teams on clinical trials, risk management, governance, and regulatory or reimbursement materials.
• Manage medical budgets and resources where appropriate, support talent development, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a health-related discipline and 2 years of relevant Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Medical Advisor, or biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry experience; or a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced written and verbal English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development, product lifecycle management, commercialization, clinical research, and healthcare ecosystems.
• Understanding of clinical trial design, biostatistics, the scientific method, Good Clinical Practices, and applicable regional and international regulations.
• Ability to present and document complex medical and clinical concepts and exercise sound scientific and clinical judgment.
• Medical or clinical contacts in the bone health therapeutic area and experience working in complex matrix environments are preferred.
