Sr. Lead FP&A Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and close reporting for the Chief Technology Office.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis across plan, forecast, and actual results.
• Partner with technology and finance leaders to develop, communicate, and secure approval for budgets and planning targets.
• Evaluate, size, approve, and support automation, cost-saving, and investment initiatives.
• Improve financial processes, reporting, decision support, and the technology organization’s financial operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or a related finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial models.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into recommendations, communicate with senior leaders, and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or a similar advanced credential.
• Experience with Hyperion, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, or Oracle.
• Experience partnering with technology, product, operations, or other non-finance teams.
