HR Process Excellence Manager, Team Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Moscow, Russia

What you will do

• Lead and develop an international team of HR professionals, set priorities, and build team capabilities.
• Design and standardize HR administration processes across multiple international markets.
• Improve full-cycle HR operations covering hiring, onboarding, payroll, terminations, and offboarding.
• Oversee multi-country payroll operations in line with local labor and tax regulations.
• Identify automation opportunities, implement AI tools, and integrate them into daily HR workflows.
• Prepare for audits, manage operational risks, and strengthen HR controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations in an international environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions, business transformations, or post-merger integrations.
• Strong knowledge of global payroll processes, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation standards.
• Experience with entity setup, restructuring, or liquidation, plus the ability to design and improve complex HR processes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Experience working with external payroll providers, legal advisors, or consultants.
• Experience preparing materials and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience improving HR processes and controls ahead of audits.
