TL;DR
Agile Delivery Lead (Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer) (POS): Enabling predictable software delivery across multiple Agile teams supporting the Genius Enterprise POS platform with an accent on cross-team coordination, delivery governance, risk management, and Agile coaching. Focus on facilitating planning and ceremonies, managing dependencies and impediments, analyzing delivery metrics, and improving alignment between Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

What you will do
- Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams, product pods, and stakeholders.
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Drive delivery transparency through metrics, health reporting, and executive-ready status updates.
- Facilitate planning, refinement, retrospectives, daily coordination, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Coach teams in Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and practical delivery practices.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Product, Architecture, and Delivery stakeholders to improve predictability, backlog readiness, alignment, and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Release Train Engineer, Project Manager, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or in a related delivery role.
- Experience supporting Agile software delivery teams and facilitating cross-functional planning.
- Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies, impediments, metrics, status reporting, and executive-level updates.
- Practical experience with Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar delivery frameworks.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams, product areas, or portfolio-level coordination.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise software delivery environments.
- Experience with payment processing, point-of-sale, restaurant technology, retail technology, or other transaction-intensive environments.
- Experience supporting Agile transformations or process standardization initiatives.
- Experience presenting delivery insights and recommendations to Director, VP, or executive-level stakeholders.
