Senior Designer (Fine Jewelry)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work with corporate employees in the office three days a week

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts from initial idea through final execution across digital, print, social, email, retail, and product experiences.
• Collaborate with copywriters, operations, and cross-functional partners to create cohesive, on-brand campaigns and content.
• Own projects end to end while balancing hands-on design, strategic thinking, and creative direction.
• Develop new visual ideas, refine design systems, and evolve the brand’s visual language and guidelines.
• Present design work and decisions clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Track design trends and emerging tools, including AI tools, to keep creative work relevant and effective.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in an in-house or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio covering branding, digital, and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Miro.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Experience with motion design development and adoption of AI tools in the design process.
